The Downtown Lake Merritt Neighborhood Group (DLMNG) was created to strengthen our neighborhood's voice and have input into proposed changes that could either improve or diminish the vibrancy of our neighborhood. The mission of the DLMNG is to represent the needs, concerns, and wishes of Downtown Lake Merritt Neighborhood residents.
